it's been a while.
today was just one of those days where you spend the whole day in a state of awe. I am in awe of how much I am blessed. I have friends. I have a home. I am not washed away by water. Or suppressed by an evil dictator. I am so free.

Ah Thursday. We meet again.

Thursdays this semester have been pretty adventurous. I go to Chatt State early to get a parking space and read in the library.I started this book today. I already feel like I'm going crazy. It's very very good.



Cara and I usually do fun things in between dance classes.



CVS is our favorite escapade. Apparently there are chocolatey fortune cookies named after me.


So Thursday, thanks for being you. Thanks for giving me time to create and teach and love and run across busy streets for 33 cent caramels with Cara.
Now I must write a paper.

Okay, I'm really addicted to Dear and the Headlights. Serious. I love them! Ah Yesterday was very fun! Cara came over and we goofed off for a couple of hours. Every time Cara comes over, we walk to Micah's. It all started when we were listening to a song by Miniature Tigers where he door-bell ditches a girl he likes. Cara got this wild hair to do that to Micah (but she doesn't like him...) ANYWHO, we walked all the way to his house and she says "Okay Emily, do it!"...I just looked at her like she was crazy. As we stood on the front porch arguing about it, Mrs. Schreiner saw us and invited us in. Haha it was a fun afternoon. So now it's a tradition. =)
