crazy. cray cray. crazers.

just because life is too short to be too boring.
superlative adventures are always an option.
hilarious movies that are only funny to the people making them are a must.
absolutely awful and mostly embarrassing pictures should be taken.
abbreviating words is totes never a good idea. never. teriyaki.
getting "golden monkey tea" smell waved at me is hilarious.
hollister is terrifying.
Taco Bell is delicious. not.
malls are awful.
Jenny and I spent practically a whole day there.
but that's to be expected...because we're crazy.
Christmas Eve is tomorrow.
expect a sentimental post or something.

you get when your heart's a little overwhelmed and your head is too full of other things to understand?

little paper birds

little paper birds on strings cannot fly. they dangle from one's finger's like dormant thoughts. they wait and wish to soar in the sky. to be free. but they dangle forever. forever. forever.

3 things from the Chatt State Library

Surprise! I'm actually in the library, waiting for Jenny to be done with class.
So yeah, reminds me of old times to be thinking up 3 happy things to share.

1)I am absolutely loving the new Ruche Lookbook

I only wish I could afford everything in the magazine.

2) I love that last night,my brother and I had a music swap. So now, I have plenty of new music to keep me busy. My current favorite from what he gave me is this

3) I'm so excited about taking Jenny's and I's (grammar?) senior portraits today. I have a lot of ideas and can't wait to get shooting. Also, it's exciting that this will be the 3rd time in a week Jen's come to spend the night at my house.

So yay, three things! I will probably be uploading a photo post later today, so let me apologize in advance for two posts in one day.

Bengal Spice

week-long challenge nonsense again.
this week I'm drinking a different kind of tea everyday.
today, I enjoyed the cinnamon-goodness of Bengal Spice tea.
spring is singing her alluring song. she sings of purple. and petals. and grey rainy days. and sun sun sun.

when your eyes are all painted so natural blue...

So I'm pretty sure I am overloading by putting all of these pictures in ONE post...sorry 'bout that. This was the Sat. after Preview weekend. Sara and I ran around downtown-it was fantastic.
I was trying to climb the wall in the above picture-to no avail.
Hey! That's my camera! =)
Ahhahaha This was my imitation of someone who performed at "Mountain Affair" (he was a spectacular musician...but an over-the-top performer)

Although the picture above was a fail (ahem, SARA) I do like it =)

I threw this in for Sara...This guy walked around Covenant with TWO GINORMOUS cameras...we were so jealous.
mmmm The title. *british Sara*

I love this dress-it's totally my new favorite!

you see, I rolled down the hill..then I was VERY dizzy...

I've had a good week so far. I'm in an awkward point in my year right now, kinda in-between...Weird. Yesterday, I retook the test I "flunked" and got an EXCELLENT grade, that I'm happy with. YAY! Today, I processed the Jenny film, and I must say, a couple of the pictures are gorgeous, you're so cute Jen. I've been pretty content lately and that feeling is really good. BUT I've also felt incredibly creative, but I don't have any outlets! I have no time to sit and paint or draw or sew or crochet or write or ANYTHING (ugh)...the other day, for a literature assignment, I wrote haikus. These are my two favorites:

My long hair tangles
The harsh wind blows harsher still
Fall's monster, set free

Bright reds and yellows
Falling, swirling, and spiraling
Calm leaves, now chaos

Ha, I just did a silly facebook thing called "status cloud". Stupid as it was, it's interesting to see what words I've said most in my status. Here's my personal favorites: Christmas, Day, Ever, Friends, Happy, Home, Know, Life, Love, Really, Sings, Something, Song, Things, Time, Today and Tomorrow.
The ironic things: God, is right next to Good. I know that's alphabetical...but it's true! Apparently I talk about cocaine...

Anyway, have a great rest of the week. I promise, once I figure out how to work my scanner, I'll post pictures that I've printed!

I miss you

This whole post is dedicated to Jenny Garner...and when she gets back from camp...maybe she'll read it. AHhhhhhhhhhhh Okay, so Jenny is one of my dearest friends and I love her so much. I haven't seen or talked to her in a month. We've been corresponding through letters, which is so much fun. I'm wondering now what a whole summer with Jen will be... She is my most artistic friend as well, and usually pushes me to do new and fun crafts with her. I'm finding myself without inspiration lately, I need her here. Well, there's my little rant....Have a good Friday.
